About Me

I come to ADHD coaching through both professional training and lived experience. I’ve supported adults, parents, and families across many stages of life. I’ve also lived ADHD day-to-day in my own neurodivergent family, at home, at work, and through periods of change including chronic illness.

My background spans Early Childhood Education and several years in the adult disability sector. Those experiences shaped how I listen, how I notice strengths alongside challenges, and how deeply I respect each person’s autonomy, capacity, and lived context. I’m especially mindful of how systems, expectations, and environments can either support or exhaust a person.

I’m trained as an ADHD coach through ADDCA (ADD Coach Academy). My coaching is collaborative, respectful, and practical. We take time to understand your brain, your patterns, and your life - not to fix you, but to work out what truly supports you. Together, we focus on building awareness, reducing friction, and creating ways forward that feel sustainable and aligned with who you are.
