ADHD Coaching for Adults

ADHD coaching is a supportive partnership. We explore how your unique brain works and use that insight to create a life that feels more aligned with what you want. Tips on social media can be helpful, but they don’t always fit you. Coaching is where we tailor strategies that work for you.

As your coach, I don’t give advice or tell you what to do. We work together to notice what’s working, what’s getting in the way, and how to design systems, habits, and perspectives that support your real life. You’ll learn to spot your patterns, build on strengths, and create tools that fit your brain-not someone else’s idea of how you ‘should’ do it.

Coaching is about progress, not perfection. It’s a space to pause, focus on what matters, and experiment with practical steps until we find what sticks. It’s a safe, judgement free zone.

Coaching is different from therapy. It doesn’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and it isn’t focused on analysing the past. Coaching is forward-focused: you bring your lived experience, creativity, and goals; I bring structure, curiosity, and accountability. Together, we turn awareness into action.

At its heart, ADHD coaching helps you live in harmony with your brain, so you can show up as your full, capable self in the parts of life that matter most.

If this doesn’t answer all of your questions please read the FAQ on the main page, look at the ‘How Sessions Work’ section below or send me an email in the contact us section on the main page. Even easier option is to book a free consultation and I’ll be happy to answer any questions you may have.

How Adult Coaching Sessions Work:

Free Consultation

• A relaxed, no-obligation conversation

• We talk about what’s happening in your life - whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply wanting things to work more smoothly

• You can ask questions and see if coaching with Mindset feels like a good fit

Initial Session (Information-Gathering)

• A space to understand you, your context, and the patterns shaping your daily life

• We explore what’s working, what feels hard, and what you would like to change or strengthen

• We gather information that may inform our work together, including strengths, values, current challenges, and the environments your brain is navigating

Ongoing Coaching Sessions

• Each session is guided by what’s most relevant for you. We choose a clear focus so you leave with either clarity or some strategies that you are confident with and have the capacity to try

• We explore patterns in areas such as work, relationships, routines, energy, and follow-through

• We build awareness and develop strategies that support your capacity

• Sessions are flexible and responsive as your goals and circumstances evolve over time

Session Frequency & Length

• I typically recommend starting with five sessions over five weeks to build understanding and momentum- from there we design the amount and frequency depending on your needs & wants.

• However, if that doesn’t suit you, feel free to choose how many sessions you want and how often we meet. Our booking link is available to you 24/7 to book sessions up to six months in advance. This is especially helpful if you have a preferred time in the week and you’d like to secure several weeks in a row
